Matching service

Submitting a form does not guarantee a match, a quote, or any particular outcome. Providers are independent businesses. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the provider you hire.

No warranty of work

thehomemavens.com is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service providers. All contractors/providers are independent and thehomemavens.com does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on thehomemavens.com

User responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and project information.
Verify licensing, insurance, and references before hiring.
Review any contracts carefully before signing.

Communications consent

If you check the consent box on our forms, you agree to be contacted by Home Mavens and matched providers at the phone and email you provide, including via autodialed or pre-recorded calls/texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent version identifiers are stored with your lead (currently hm-consent-v1).

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and design are owned by us or our licensors. Do not copy materials for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Mavens is not liable for workmanship, damages, or disputes arising from services performed by independent providers you connect with through this site.
